Description
Tulsa Community College is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the existing boiler system serving the West Campus Fitness Center. The work includes removing the old boiler(s) and associated equipment, installing new boiler(s) and controls, updating related piping, electrical, and fire‑protection systems, and providing testing, commissioning, and training. The project must comply with current International Building, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Codes, as well as applicable NFPA, ASHRAE, and ASME standards. All equipment must be new, and any “or‑approved‑equal” substitutions must be submitted for approval ten days before the bid deadline.
• Removal of existing boiler, pumps, water heater, flues, and related mechanical components.
• Installation of new boiler(s), pumps, controls (BACnet DDC), gas line connections, piping, electrical service, and fire‑stop work.
• Complete testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) with certification, plus operator training and documentation (O&M manuals, as‑built drawings).
