Description
The State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation, Airports Division is seeking a vendor to furnish and deliver one new forklift to the Waimea-Kohala Airport. The forklift must meet ANSI and OSHA safety requirements and include any standard features necessary for safe operation. The vendor must provide a warranty for at least one year and make local warranty service available on the island of Oahu. The delivery must be made within 180 calendar days from the issuance date of the purchase order.
• The forklift must be fully assembled and free of defects.
• The vendor must provide owner-operated manuals, service and parts manuals, and a manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule.
• The vendor must contact the State representative to coordinate delivery arrangements.
• The vendor must provide a training program to demonstrate proper and safe operations and maintenance of the equipment at no additional cost to the State.
