Description
The Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide routine janitorial services at 1101 Commercial Court, Suite 10 in Manchester, Iowa. Services will be performed on a weekly basis, with certain tasks completed on a monthly or annual basis as needed. The successful Respondent will be required to provide all labor, equipment, cleaning supplies, and materials necessary to perform the required services.
• The Respondent must have the capability to perform the scope of work and specifications of the Contract.
• The Respondent must comply with the Mandatory Specifications outlined in Section 4 of the RFP.
• The Respondent must provide a Technical Proposal and a Cost Proposal, labeled as separate files.
• The Respondent must submit their Proposal electronically to Christina Iiams at [email protected] no later than 10:00 AM CST on June 12, 2026.
