The City of Homestead is seeking a qualified contractor to design and furnish a pre-engineered and prefabricated chemical process building for the Wittkop Park Water Treatment Facility. The contractor will be responsible for reassembling the building on site, including all necessary piping, controls, and appurtenances. The project is federally funded and must comply with various federal regulations, including the Davis-Bacon Act and Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968.
