Tires and Tire Repair Services

The Larimer County is seeking bids for tire purchase and tire repair services. The contract will be for a duration of 4 years. The services include mobilization pricing, tire pricing, and service pricing for various types of tires and repair services. The bidder must submit a completed bid form, attachment A, and pricing for hypothetical service scenarios. The bid must be furnished exclusive of any federal, state, or local taxes. • Mobilization pricing includes normal-hours trip charge, after-hours trip charge, and mileage fees. • Tire pricing includes pricing for various types of tires, such as BFG CROSS CONTROL S and MICHELIN X SNOPLUS M&S. • Service pricing includes tire repair hourly rate, section repairs, plugs, patches, and other services. • The bidder must provide pricing for two hypothetical service scenarios.
