The City of Lynchburg is seeking a qualified vendor to supply petroleum products—specifically aviation fuel for the Lynchburg Regional Airport and gasoline for rental vehicles—on an as‑needed basis. The contract will be a requirements‑type agreement, with quantities based on historical usage and projected demand.
