Fine Arts Contracted Services (Supplemental #1)

Killeen Independent School District (KISD) is seeking vendors to provide a broad array of Fine Arts services on an as‑needed basis under a multi‑year, multiple‑award contract. The contract will be effective through August 25 2027 with two optional one‑year extensions, ending August 25 2029. Vendors will be pre‑qualified and then called upon by individual campuses or the district’s Fine Arts Department for specific tasks such as adjudication, choreography, music arrangement, accompaniment, audio engineering, visual design, marching band field services, technical support, website/mobile app development, professional development, workshops, and other related services. The solicitation is sealed, electronic submission is preferred, and proposals must include required certifications (W‑9, EDGAR, conflict‑of‑interest, criminal‑history, HUB, etc.). Evaluation will consider price, vendor reputation, quality, location, past performance, compliance with historically under‑utilized business goals, and other factors; low price alone is not decisive. The district may award contracts to multiple vendors and will issue task‑order quotes as needs arise.
