Septic System Services- Buffalo Ranch

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is seeking bids to establish a blanket purchase order for septic system services at the TDCJ Buffalo Ranch facility in Somerville, Texas. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The estimated quantity of the blanket order is sufficient to allow up to two pumpings per year at maximum capacity per tank. The vendor will be required to provide a written trip ticket to the TDCJ Buffalo Ranch farm office manager for each haul and/or call-out within 48 hours of pumping a septic system tank. • The vendor must have the ability to pump septic systems at the TDCJ Buffalo Ranch facility. • The vendor must be able to provide a written trip ticket to the TDCJ Buffalo Ranch farm office manager for each haul and/or call-out. • The vendor must be able to coordinate all on-site work with TDCJ farm office personnel. • The vendor must comply with all TDCJ security procedures and unit rules and regulations.
