WATER/SEWER LEAK REPAIRS FOR UTILITY OPERATIONS

The City of Port Arthur is seeking a qualified contractor to provide on-demand responses for water/sewer leak repairs and installations for the City's Water Utility department. The contractor will be expected to have personnel and equipment available for repairs when required and maintain an emergency "on-call" number. The scope of work includes repair, maintenance, installation, and refurbishment of various taps, pipes, valves, and manholes within the City of Port Arthur. * Key services include: * Water/sewer leak repairs * Installation of water/sewer taps, pipes, manholes, and appurtenances * Maintenance and refurbishment of existing infrastructure * Emergency on-call services * Coordination with City staff for work orders and material requests The City will provide materials for the repair, and the contractor will be responsible for communicating material needs to the Utility Operation Manager. The contractor will be paid based on hourly rates and will be required to track expenses and notify the City when 90% of the contract funds have been expended.
