The State of Vermont seeks a qualified commercial printer and distributor to produce and mail the monthly “Agriview Newsletter” for the Vermont Agency of Agriculture. The contract covers twelve issues per year for a two‑year base period, with up to three optional one‑year extensions. The vendor must meet strict sustainability, cybersecurity, and reporting requirements, deliver 1,500‑6,000 tabloid‑size copies per issue within 1‑3 days of each month, and handle USPS second‑class mailing logistics.
• Print 12‑page (approx.) tabloid‑size newsletter in color front/back on 30 lb recycled newsprint (PCF)
• Produce 1,500‑6,000 copies per issue and manage mailing via State‑paid permit, delivering bundles to USPS promptly
• Comply with Vermont cyber‑security standards, provide quarterly security patches, and submit POA&M reports
• Meet environmental criteria (recycled‑content, sustainable‑forest certifications) and report quarterly sales figures
