Description
The Alabama Department of Corrections (ADOC) is issuing a Quick‑Quote solicitation to acquire Guard1 software, related hardware, and full‑service support for its correctional facilities. The contract will be awarded to a single, authorized reseller who will provide the software, OEM parts, installation, maintenance, and repair services, with no subcontracting permitted. Pricing is required for two line items; all other items will be quoted after award. The award will be made to the lowest acceptable bidder that meets all technical and compliance requirements, including PREA training and background‑check submissions.
• Products: Guard1 software and OEM hardware manufactured by TimeKeeping Systems, Inc.
• Services: Installation, ongoing maintenance, repair, and any other support needed to keep Guard1 systems operational.
• Authorized Reseller: Vendor must be a legally authorized reseller of Guard1 software; proof of reseller status is mandatory.
• No Sub‑contracting: The contract must be performed directly by the awarded vendor.
• Delivery Constraints: No deliveries on weekends or Alabama state holidays; the supplier bears freight risk until destination.
• Security & PREA Requirements: Personnel must undergo PREA training, pass background checks via NCIC form, and comply with strict correctional‑facility security searches.
• Pricing Structure: Unit prices required for Line 1 and Line 2; Lines 3‑5 submitted as $0.00 and are not evaluated. Prices must be firm for one year.
