Budget estimate

$500,000 – $1,500,000

Based on the project description, the estimated budget can be estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,500,000. This estimate is based on the scope of work, which includes the construction of approximately 300 linear feet of storm sewer pipe and inlets, as well as the installation of two new curb inlet manholes and one new curb inlet. Additionally, the project requires the contractor to maintain an accessible Curb Ramp and ADA-compliant sidewalk, and to restore any affected sidewalks and ramps to comply with ADA regulations. The estimate also takes into account the requirement for the contractor to provide a comprehensive Traffic Management Plan and to ensure safe traffic conditions. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the complexity of the project, the number of bidders, and the availability of materials and labor.
