Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to provide garbage (rubber) and debris pickup and disposal services for District 56-Livingston. The supplier will be required to provide 30-yard dumpsters and ensure the garbage and debris are disposed of properly. The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, and any disputes will be resolved through non-binding alternative dispute resolution. The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation, including providing proof of registration, insurance, and other necessary documentation.
• The supplier must be registered in Alabama Buys and submit responses electronically through the system.
