Description
The State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, is seeking bids for Armed Security Guard Services for the Louisiana Department of Health - Medical Vendor Administration. The contract will be for an initial 1-year period, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods. The services will be provided Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and will consist of one armed guard. The guard's minimum wage will be $18.00. Bidders must be licensed with the Louisiana State Board of Private Security Examiners to be considered for the award.
• The bid price must include delivery of all items F.O.B. destination.
• The bid price must be firm for the contractual period.
• The bidder must submit a current license along with their bid.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
• The bidder must provide descriptive information about the products or services offered, including brand and model numbers.
• The bidder must agree to abide by the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and other applicable laws.
