Notice of Intent for Sole Source Award

The Marine Corps Installations Pacific (MCIPAC) Regional Contracting Office (RCO) intends to award a sole-source contract to Patriot Group International (PGI) for a highly specialized Red Cell Surveillance Team, secure non-standard lodging, and tactical training support. The contract will utilize the proprietary "Buzzard" Program of Instruction (POI) and will provide a realistic and adaptive adversary for the training audience. The contractor will be required to provide a technical capability statement and past performance information. The period of performance will commence upon award and will run from 28 July to 15 August 2026. * Provide a highly specialized Red Cell Surveillance Team capable of simulating realistic and adaptive physical and technical adversaries * Conduct participant performance evaluations utilizing the "Buzzard" POI * Provide full-service logistical acquisition and management of secure, non-standard participant lodging
