Description
The Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee seeks a qualified contractor to provide on‑call repair and maintenance services for a defined set of kitchen appliances (ranges and refrigerators) located at two housing sites. The contractor must supply labor, materials, and parts on an as‑needed basis, respond within eight hours of a service request, and bill on a rate‑based structure (regular, overtime, and Sunday/holiday rates) with an optional trip charge. Insurance coverage (commercial & public liability, workers’ comp, automobile liability, and professional liability if applicable) must be on file prior to work commencement. The contract runs from November 1 2025 through October 31 2026, with possible one‑year extensions up to four additional years.
• Provide repair services for specified ranges and refrigerators at Lapham Park and Carver Park.
• Submit hourly rates (regular, overtime, Sunday/holiday) and indicate ability to meet an 8‑hour response window.
