Fitness Center Preventative Maintenance and Repair

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance services and repair/replace parts on an as-needed basis for the fitness center exercise equipment. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with options to extend. The contractor will be required to provide quarterly preventative maintenance services and repair/replace parts as needed. The contractor will be paid on a firm fixed price basis for the preventative maintenance services and on a time and materials basis for the repair/replace parts. • The contractor will be required to provide a fully burdened hourly rate for the repair technician labor category. • The contractor will be required to provide a pricing template with their quote. • The contractor will be evaluated based on their technical capability, past performance, and price.
