Description
L'Anse Creuse Public Schools is seeking proposals for the provision of a Floral Walk-In Cooler. The scope of the project includes delivery and installation of the cooler at the Pankow Center, replacement of the existing unit, demolition and removal of the old unit, electrical disconnects and connections, and installation of a new condensate pump. The successful bidder will be required to provide a sworn and notarized affidavit disclosing any familial relationship with the School District's Board of Education, Superintendent, or Assistant Superintendent of Business & Operations. The bidder will also be required to provide an affidavit of compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
• The cooler must have specific dimensions and features, including two glass doors with display and seven shelves per door, and a solid entry door.
• The bidder must provide a printed copy of the Excel Bid Form and manufacturer informational material.
• The bidder must include a timeline for delivery and installation in their proposal.
• The School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to waive any irregularity or informality in the bid process.
