Notice of Intent - MSAT PTT and satellite data services and devices

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate a sole source firm fixed purchase order with NIC4, Inc. for the purchase of continued service of MSAT G2 Satellite PTT Radios with Satellite Mutual Aid Radio Talk-Group Service (SMART). The service provides instantaneous Push-to-Talk contingency/emergency communication and operational communications in areas absent of terrestrial infrastructure. The DEA requires the continuation of services and the purchase of additional Starlink Mini Satellite Terminal packages with the same SMART group service.
