Description
The Novi Community School District is seeking bids for the construction of the BP3-NCSD Wellness Center. The project includes various bid categories such as demolition, foundations, structural steel, general trades, walls and ceilings, flooring and hard tile, paint, mechanical piping and plumbing, sheetmetal and HVAC equipment, electrical, and elevator. A non-mandatory pre-bid walk will be held on Friday, March 27, 2026, at 12:00 pm. Proposals must be submitted in Building Connected and accompanied by a completed and notarized Iran Economic Sanctions Act Certificate and Familial Relationship Sworn Statement. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Co-Obligee Labor and Material Payment Bond and a Co-Obligee Performance Bond.

• Bid security: A bid bond made payable to The Christman Company in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid
• Post-bid interviews: Will be scheduled beginning the week of April 06, 2026
