ScanWave Pro-Electronic Probe Interface Module (ePIM)

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking information from sources that may be capable of providing a fully electronically tunable probe interface module to replace a manually tunable probe interface. The module should be compatible with the Oxford/Asylum Research MFP-3D AFM and the ARC 3 controller software. The notice provides technical specifications for the required module, including electronic tunability of the resonance frequency of the probe.
