The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System (RMR) is soliciting quotes for surgical instruments. The solicitation is due on July 23, 2026, at 2:00 pm MT. The contract requires the supplier to certify that each end product is a domestic end product and that each domestic end product contains a critical component.
