Description
The Missouri Department of Transportation Northeast District is seeking to establish a price agreement with multiple vendors for the plant pick up of aggregates from various quarries by MoDOT NE staff and trucks on an as-needed basis throughout calendar year 2026. The agreement will be used to choose a vendor based on factors such as gradation, cost analysis, availability, and project proximity to the quarry location. The scope of work includes the supply of aggregates that comply with the quality and gradation requirements of the current edition of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction. Key responsibilities of the vendor include providing scale tickets with the MoDOT truck number and employee name, and mailing or emailing invoices and statements to the designated address.
• The price agreement will be firm for calendar year 2026.
• MoDOT NE will use materials for routine projects but reserves the right to issue separate solicitations for similar materials during this period.
