Aeration Basin Pump Lowering (LSP 113)

The City of Boise is seeking bids for the installation of a new structural steel framing, supporting a new monorail and electric hoist system to serve the existing aeration basins at Lander Street Water Renewal Facility. The scope of work includes structural steel, braces, supports, foundations, procurement and installation of mechanical hoist, and electrical improvements necessary to provide power to the hoist system. • The project requires a licensed Public Works Contractor in the state of Idaho. • The project has a completion deadline of 180 calendar days from the date when the contract times commence to run. • The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids. • The city also reserves the right to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the work and to negotiate contract terms with the successful bidder.
