Description
The Houston County School District is soliciting bids for network switch and transceiver. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend up to four years. The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying and delivering all products listed on the Bid Response Form to the Houston County School District. The bid includes specifications for network switch requirements, including general requirements for CX 10000 switches and CX 6300M switches.
• The bid must include prices for all items listed on the Bid Response Form.
• The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked with the bid number and due date.
• The bid must be received by the Purchasing Department by the due date and time.
• The Houston County School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
• The contract will be awarded to the bidder who is deemed to be the most responsive and responsible.
