Description
The City of Salina is seeking an engineering consulting firm to evaluate, design, and support the replacement of three aging culverts on Fairdale Road. The scope includes hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, design of new culvert structures, easement preparation, utility coordination, and integration with downstream improvements. The consultant must deliver complete design documents by early April 2027 and assist with easement acquisition and utility relocation planning.
• Evaluate replacement alternatives (size, material, alignment) and update hydraulic analyses.
• Produce construction‑ready plans, specifications, and related engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate easements, utility relocations, and downstream impact considerations, including the new Winn Road box culvert.
