Description
The USDA is seeking a contractor to install a panel wall to Bio Safety Level (BSL) 2 standards in Room 101B of Building 55. The project aims to create a functional BSL-2 quarantine entry consisting of two sealed anterooms, enhancing containment of invasive insect research, reducing the risk of accidental release, and improving operational safety and compliance with USDA quarantine protocols. The contractor must have experience working in a BSL 2 facility and must provide documented experience and past performance information. The contract will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest price that meets the technical requirements.
