Blood Donor Testing Services

The Medical Readiness Contract Office - West is seeking sources for blood donor testing services in support of Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, GA. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary facilities, personnel, services, transportation, materials, equipment, and supplies to perform the testing. The testing will include various standard test panels, such as ABO/Rh Antibody screen, Syphilis, HBsAg, and others. The contractor will also be required to perform confirmatory testing. The period of performance is expected to include a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. • The contractor will be required to test up to 13,000 donors annually. • The testing will be performed at the contractor's facility or within their network of laboratories. • The contractor will be required to follow FDA regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide a written capability statement, including company information, capability to provide the services, and documentation of past performance.
