Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources to provide maintenance and service for the VECTor 6/CT/OI System. The contractor will be responsible for providing a full-service maintenance plan, including preventative maintenance visits, corrective repairs, and software updates. The goal is to minimize downtime and maintain system performance. The contractor will also provide application support and operational guidance to VA research staff.
Some key requirements include:
• Performing two preventative maintenance visits per year
• Providing corrective service and repairs, including parts and labor
• Delivering remote technical support within four hours of notification
• Installing software updates and upgrades
• Providing application support and operational guidance
• Supplying service reports for each visit
