Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services at the Occoquan Bay National Wildlife Refuge. The contract will be for a base period of one year, with four option years. The contractor will be responsible for providing monthly office cleaning services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The quote should include a monthly rate, yearly rate, and grand total for all five years.
• The contract is a firm fixed price contract.
• The contract is a small business set-aside.
• The period of performance is from 10/01/2026 to 09/30/2027 for the base year, with option years from 10/01/2027 to 09/30/2031.
• The quote should be submitted as a single consolidated PDF file, with no more than 15 pages.
• The quote should not include information already provided in the solicitation.
• A site visit is available upon request.
