Annual Statement of Qualifications for Professional Services

The City of Hot Springs is seeking annual statements of qualifications from firms providing professional services, including legal, architectural, engineering, construction management, and more. The city will evaluate the statements and select firms for specific projects. The selected firms will then negotiate a contract with the city. The city encourages the involvement of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. • The city is looking for firms with specialized expertise in various professional services. • The city will evaluate the qualifications of each firm based on their experience, technical competence, capacity, and past performance. • The city will select three qualified firms for each project and negotiate a contract with the most qualified firm. • The city reserves the right to reject and/or accept any and all statements received or parts thereof.
