The Department of Management Services is seeking bids for a State Term Contract for Motor Vehicles. The contract will replace the existing contract and is expected to have an average annual spend of $28 million. The scope of work includes providing commodities and contractual services as described in Attachment A, Scope of Work. The term of the contract is specified in Attachment G, Draft Term Contract. The Department reserves the right to award multiple contracts or to award a contract for all or part of the work contemplated by this solicitation. • The contract is for the provision of motor vehicles, including law enforcement vehicles, sedans, minivans, sport utility vehicles, light duty trucks, and medium duty trucks. • The contract will be awarded to the bidder that offers the highest MSRP discount for each model. • The Department will apply a preference to Florida businesses if the lowest bid is from a non-Florida business. • The contract will be for a term of 4 years. • The Department reserves the right to reject any bid that does not meet the requirements of the solicitation.
