Description
The Carroll County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for the provision of four new mowers for use with tractors for the Carroll County Public Works department. The mowers should be rotary, pull-type, with a 10’ flex wing and left side counterweight, chain guards, and solid rubber tires. Bidders are required to submit their proposals in a sealed envelope, with all necessary attachments and information, by December 15, 2025, at 3 p.m., EST. The bid price should be firm for a period of 90 days, and the bidder should provide a warranty for the equipment. The County reserves the right to waive any informality, to reject any and all bids, and to evaluate all bids to determine the most responsive and responsible bidder.
