The City of Cleveland seeks a qualified caterer to provide full‑service breakfast and boxed‑lunch catering for the Crown Water Treatment Plant Open House on May 9, 2026. The vendor must deliver, set‑up, and supply all food, disposable tableware, and ice for approximately 350 meals, meeting detailed menu specifications and delivery deadlines.
• Breakfast for 125 attendees – continental items (pastries, bagels, fruit, juices, coffee, tea, spreads) to be set up by 7:30 AM.
• Boxed lunch for 225 attendees – assorted meat and vegetarian sandwiches, salads, sides, cookies, and soft drinks to be set up by 11:00 AM (or 11:30 AM per later note).
