Osborne Municipal Airport (K75) Rehabilitate Runway 2/20 - Osborne, KS

The City of Osborne is seeking sealed bids to rehabilitate Runway 2/20 at Osborne Municipal Airport (K75). The scope includes site preparation, milling of existing asphalt, crack repairs, installation of a new 1.5‑inch thick asphalt pavement, pavement marking, and associated earthwork, topsoil, seeding, and mulching. The work is to be performed by a qualified contractor and will be overseen by Alfred Benesch & Company as the owner’s representative. • Site preparation, mobilization, and temporary safety measures • Milling of existing pavement (~0.5‑inch variable depth) and crack repair (≤1.5” and >1.5”) • Placement of new 1.5‑inch asphalt pavement and permanent/temporary markings • Earthwork, topsoil, seeding, and mulching to restore surrounding areas • All labor, materials, equipment, and performance/payment bonds required as specified.
