RFP for Interior Painting

The NorthWest Senior & Disability Services is seeking a qualified contractor to provide interior painting services for approximately 11,500 sq ft of office space located in Suite 190 of the Salem Annex Building. The scope of work includes surface preparation and repairs, painting requirements, sealants and trim, cleanup and disposal, permits and compliance, and warranty. The contractor must meet certain qualifications, including a current Oregon contractor license, bonding, and liability insurance. The proposal must include total project cost, work plan and schedule, materials and product details, warranty details, company profile and qualifications, and insurance and licensing documentation. • The project requires a minimum of two coats of paint throughout all designated areas. • The contractor must provide accent walls per direction during the walkthrough. • The contractor must maintain a clean and safe worksite. • The contractor must obtain all required permits and perform all work in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. • The contractor must provide a written warranty covering workmanship and materials.
