SENIOR GRANT PROGRAM CONSTRUCTION REHABILITATION SERVICES-SG22-298

The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is seeking quotes for Senior Grant Program Construction Rehabilitation Services for a property located at 15836 E Cypress Street, Covina, CA 91722. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the rehabilitation services in accordance with the provided Statement of Work. Contractors must meet specific requirements, including insurance, licensing, and EPA certification. The contract is contingent upon the approval of the homeowner's grant application. The LACDA reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. • Insurance requirements include General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Automobile, Crime, and Pollution Liability Insurance. • Contractors must have a Class "B" General Building Contractor license and/or "B-2" Residential Remodeling Contractor license. • EPA "Lead-Safe" Certification is required. • The completion period is 30 calendar days from the date noted in the Notice to Proceed. • A non-completion penalty of $500,000 per day may be applied if the required work is not performed in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
