Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a sole source contract to InnovaSea Systems, INC. for the purchase of acoustic telemetry transmitters compatible with current USFWS equipment. The transmitters will be used to maintain the existing telemetry network in the Lower Great Lakes FWCO: Ohio River Substation. The substation currently deploys InnovaSea Vemco transmitters to monitor the movement of carps in the area.

* Interested parties may submit a statement of capabilities, but it must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
