The New Jersey Transit RFP seeks a consulting firm to provide comprehensive data‑collection, analysis, and software‑development services supporting the Agency Safety Management (ASM) program. The work is organized into four service groups, covering the modernization of safety‑reporting applications, development of desktop and mobile data‑entry tools, creation of dashboards and reports, and advanced statistical/geo‑statistical analysis of safety data. • Service Group 3 – Develop mobile data‑collection applications (ESRI Workforce, Survey123) with API or DB integration.
• Service Group 4 – Perform statistical and geo‑statistical analyses of bus‑collision data and produce a white‑paper.
