The University of Rowan is seeking a single prime vendor to lease, deliver, install, and maintain a microwave‑refrigerator‑freezer combo (“MicroFridge 3.1MF7‑7B1X”) in every traditional residence‑hall room on its Glassboro campus. The contract covers 1,508 units across eight residence buildings, with a three‑year base term (July 1 2026 – June 30 2029) and two optional two‑year extensions.
