Travel Support to American Samoa for Home Visiting Program

The Hawaii State Department of Health is seeking a vendor to provide travel support to American Samoa for the Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program peer-to-peer learning. The vendor will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements and lodging for two Hawaii PAT State Office staff, as well as providing reimbursement for incidentals and an honorarium. The contract period will extend from April 17, 2026, through September 29, 2026. Some key responsibilities of the vendor include: • Coordinating travel arrangements and lodging for Hawaii PAT State Office staff • Providing reimbursement for incidentals and an honorarium • Managing expenses related to event logistics • Submitting invoices based on completion of deliverables • Registering with Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) if the award amount is $2,500 or greater.
