07122P0012-Shelter Facilities for Homeless Single Adults Open Ended RFP

The Department of Homeless Services is seeking proposals for shelter facilities for homeless single adults. The goal of this RFP is to procure high-quality, borough-based shelters that will enable clients to quickly obtain viable housing within the community. The shelters will provide transitional housing, case management, and other social services to help clients achieve and maintain housing permanency. The contract term will be five years with a four-year option to renew. • The RFP is open-ended, and the number of awards will be determined by DHS. • The anticipated total maximum available funding is $654,239,688.00. • Vendors must create an account in the PASSPort system to submit a proposal. • The proposal should include a response name, description, and competition pool selection. • The questionnaire tab should be completed with all necessary questions answered. • The item tab should be completed with all necessary fields filled in. • The LL34 compliance tab should be completed with all necessary fields filled in. • The proposal should be submitted through the PASSPort system.
