RFP025-013 Consulting Services for Disaster Recovery and FEMA Public Assistance

The City of Thomson is seeking a consultant to provide professional consulting services for Disaster Recovery and FEMA Public Assistance. The selected consultant will be responsible for providing guidance on recovering reimbursement for repair/replacement of critical infrastructure, collaborating with City staff on project formulation, attending meetings with FEMA and other representatives, and assisting with the management of FEMA-administered grants. The consultant will also be expected to provide financial payroll and grant management services, procurement and contract management support, and information technology and data management services. The contract will be for an initial term of 12 months with four optional 12-month renewal terms. • Provide guidance on recovering reimbursement for repair/replacement of critical infrastructure • Collaborate with City staff on project formulation • Attend meetings with FEMA and other representatives • Assist with the management of FEMA-administered grants • Provide financial payroll and grant management services • Provide procurement and contract management support • Provide information technology and data management services
