This opportunity seeks a vendor to design and deliver a comprehensive internship preparation program for youth ages 16‑24 in the District of Columbia. The contractor will create curriculum, facilitate employer connections, and provide placement services to help young people secure meaningful work experiences. The effort supports the DC Department of Employment Services’ goal of strengthening the youth workforce pipeline. • Develop and deliver training modules on resume building, interview skills, and workplace expectations. • Identify, engage, and coordinate with local employers to create internship opportunities. • Provide ongoing mentorship and placement support to ensure successful internship completions. • Report progress and outcomes to the contracting agency on a regular basis. • Manage all administrative aspects of the program, including outreach, participant tracking, and compliance.
