Valley Water is seeking a qualified firm to provide federal lobbying services, focusing on administrative agencies and the Executive Branch, in Washington, D.C. The selected consultant will partner with Valley Water's Project Manager to provide lobbying assistance and representation. The consultant should have at least 15 years of experience in federal government relations, with a particular focus on Executive Branch agencies. They should also possess knowledge of federal agencies that manage water resources, environment, and water infrastructure. Some key responsibilities include providing federal lobbying assistance, representing Valley Water's interests, and securing federal funding. The proposal should include a cost proposal, technical proposal, and other required documents. • The consultant should have established relationships with staff at federal agencies. • The consultant should be familiar with the policies and practices of federal agencies. • The consultant should have demonstrated success in securing federal funding. • The consultant should have experience providing similar services and projects of similar size and complexity. • The consultant should have a strong understanding of the Executive Branch and its agencies.
