Description
The District of Parkland Health is seeking a prime vendor to deliver a cloud‑based License & Certification Validation Service that will continuously verify, monitor, and report on the licensing and credential status of approximately 7,500‑8,000 employees. The solution must integrate with the District’s Workday HR system, provide daily automated alerts, secure data handling compliant with HIPAA/HITRUST/NIST, and include a full‑service administration platform for collection, storage, compliance tracking, document management, and reporting. The contract is a three‑year base period with two optional one‑year extensions, includes a 25 % M/WBE participation goal, and requires a firm all‑inclusive price for a five‑year horizon.
• Provide a secure, SaaS credential‑validation portal with role‑based access, automated alerts, and customizable dashboards.
• Perform primary‑source verification of licenses/certifications, support daily monitoring, and generate daily, weekly, and on‑demand reports.
• Seamlessly integrate with Workday (APIs, data feeds) and comply with HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST, and PCI security standards; 24/7 support with defined onsite response times.
• Meet M/WBE subcontractor participation requirements (25 % of contract dollars) and complete vendor credentialing via Symplr within 5 business days of contract start.
• Fixed‑price, firm for 180 days after submission; contract term 3 years base + two 1‑year options; pricing to be submitted in Exhibit D.
