The City of Providence is seeking a contractor to provide quarterly preventative maintenance services for the Capital Cove Sewage Pump Station and its emergency generator. The contractor will be responsible for performing tasks such as confined space compliance, electrical system inspection, mechanical equipment inspection, and control panel maintenance. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to two one-year periods. The City reserves the right to award contracts separately or together, based on what is determined to be in the best interest of the City. • The contractor must have experience with similar pump station and generator maintenance projects. • The contractor must provide a detailed maintenance report after each visit, including observations, test results, and recommended corrective actions. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. • The contractor must maintain all necessary insurance and licensing. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
