Construction Management Services – Provide Building Alternations & Tenant Fit-out

The Office of General Services, Design and Construction is seeking proposals for construction management services to alter an existing office building at 17 Corporate Woods Boulevard, Albany, NY, into a Satellite Forensic Investigation Center. The project includes reconfiguring floor plans, modifying Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, upgrading to meet current NYS Building Code, and designing a new IP-based access control and security surveillance system.
