Description
This public‑works solicitation seeks a vendor to supply and install four new rubber tires for a 2021 Caterpillar 950M Wheel Loader. The government estimate for the full scope (tires, removal, installation, fees, and tax) is between $30,000 and $35,000. Bids must be sealed and submitted no later than 2:00 PM on October 29, 2026. • Supply of four (4) Maxam 23.5 R 25 MS 708 hard tires (or equivalent)
• Removal of existing tires and wheels
• Installation of new tires and wheels
• Applicable tire fee and sales tax (8.9%) are included in the bid price
• Delivery and installation must be completed under the contract terms
• Vendor must be capable of servicing heavy‑equipment wheel loaders in the public‑works environment.
