Misawa AB - Membrane Storage Shelters - Design-Build

The U.S. Air Force is soliciting a firm‑fixed‑price, design‑build contract to construct two membrane‑sheltered storage facilities at Misawa Air Base, Japan. One site (C‑1) requires two flow‑through membrane shelters; the second site (A‑1) requires four warehouse‑type membrane structures.
